Yes. Add office users for $69 per user per month or sales users for $25 per user per month on any plan. Office users have access to every module in your plan. Sales users can access leads, meetings, dispatch and their own commissions, with no back-office modules. Only active users count; deactivating a user frees their seat immediately.
Phone lines are available on every plan and include unlimited calls within the United States, call recording and 250 SMS messages per number per month. International calls are billed at carrier rates. Add 1,000 SMS messages for $14 per number per month, and stack packs if needed. SMS allowances do not roll over. Messages beyond your allowance cost $0.02 each, with an alert at 80% of the allowance.
Phone line with AI includes 1,500 transcribed minutes per number per month under fair use. Calls are never cut off. Unlimited Julia AI usage on Scale is also subject to fair use, and we will let you know before anything changes.
