Somewhere between the first hire and the hundredth job, you became a full-time secretary, bookkeeper and dispatcher.
We built Julia to give that time back.

Every plan includes Julia across the company. The difference is the size of the team and the way she is set up around you.
The things people actually ask. She would rather answer these herself.
About thirty minutes. You fill in a short form about the business, I connect to the tools you already use (QuickBooks, Shopify, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, your phone system), and then I go away and read. Most people spend longer than that choosing an office chair.
No. You have a way of doing things and it took years to get there. I learn your workflows, your approvals, your inventory, your customers and your teams, and then I work the way the company already works. I am the new hire here. New hires adapt.
No, and I would be a strange thing to buy if I did. What I take on is the part nobody puts on a resume: the chasing, the re-typing, the third follow up about the same invoice. The same team takes on more work, and most companies grow a long way before they need to hire into the office again.
In your own workspace. I read and write only what you connect me to, every action I take is logged with a time against it, and you can go and read that log whenever you like. I would rather be checkable than trusted.
Then keep it. I am not precious about it. I work alongside the tools your team already knows and I keep them in step with each other, so nobody enters the same thing twice.
I cannot swing a hammer. I will not tell you something I have not been given: if a number is not in your system, I will say it is not in your system rather than invent one for you. And I cannot make a customer pick up the phone, though I do keep trying.
